BEWARE

As a renter this company treated me with nothing but complete disdain. They take months to respond to requests for repairs and maintenance, they have a reception system set up so that they can avoid your calls for days on end and they LIE. They lie so much that they are prepared to do it under oath at VCAT and I have the official transcript to prove it. It's not often a landlord's application gets dismissed from VCAT outright but with these clowns representing my landlord he got laughed out (although he did deserve it). I have been renting on and off for twenty years and i have never seen such a lack of professionalism, hypocracy (tenants, apparently, are subject to the Residental Tenancies Act, agents are not, in their view) and utter contempt for me as tenant. It'll come as no surprise that I'm moving out and the landlord has already moved to another agent. They tried to evict me (in retaliation for asking for repairs to the PHONE LINE) but they deliberatley served notices twice that were invalid and deceptive. Don't go near these people, in an industry that thrives on lies and deceit, these people are the lowest of the low.
