slow repairs

we have a lift at the complex where i live the repair person that is TRYING to fix the lift is stupted as the problem was ground button was staying on and now it has been a week and there is a new problem every time he is here it was the buttons are rubbish, then it is the wires are not named, then the doors are not locking, now the power board it dead and every time we try and ask what the go is the manager has to call up and find out what is going on. as he never lets any one know what is going on. i think it is about time we get the body corp to change repair aggent
