$44 not at home fee! This company sends an SMS to say when they'll be showing up. If it's not convenient fro you, tough - you get a bill. Utterly outrageous. I refused to pay it and they said they'd commence legal proceedings - for $44. The judicial system must love these companies that waste valuable court time pursuing paltry amounts of money from the little guy. I decided to pick my battles and paid the $44. They must make a fist-load of cash with this scam. Avoid.

I have called this company out for the same problem 3 times in less than 9 months first time they said that the warranty is only for 3months so unhappily I paid 270.00 to replace a pressure relief valve on my hot water system. The same problem arose again but this time less than three months but I was told the part is covered but not the service call of $115.50 what a ripoff.

I had an issue with my oven and they came out to 'fix it' and charged $115. Unfortunately, the first time I tried to use my oven after they had left it stopped working again (it was on the same day that they had been there). I called the next morning to see if they would come out again and they said that as far as they were concerned the technician had temporarily fixed the oven (yeah, for all of a few hours!) and they couldn't do anything else and that I should call an electrician to come out. I won't be using them again.

Charged $300.00 to remove a small food item from the pump, work done in 20 mins. No invoice given by serviceman on day and when repeadly calling their office to provide one none was ever supplied. Try "Matic" repairs, their more honest.
