Not Happy Hoppers Crossing
How come there is a 30th birthday competition which requires a scratchy ticket and for a second chance win, a receipt is required. Donut King does not give receipts. And I cannot find anywhere to register for a second chance win. So Donut King what kind of a fake competition is that? Please explain.
