We also supply castings to the marine, mining, rail, and general engineering industries. Ron Grant, whose family had a long history in the metal casting industry in Australia, founded the company in 1946. The business began supplying metal castings to a variety of manufacturers, and over the years expanded its manufacturing capabilities to include irrigation and garden lighting products. Today, RGD has agents in all states of Australia and our products are sold throughout the US, UK, Canada, Europe, and the Asia Pacific region.
