Purchasing Officer

The salesman (Andrew) has excellent customer service skills and knowledge so buying from him is very easy and a great source for a quick recommendation. Their service/repair section needs work however - they seem very busy and while are good quality and are not the most expensive for repairs, their technicians have very poor customer service and communication skills. Buying from them is highly recommended, but get it fixed elsewhere. The service manager is a gentleman, but his service team are letting the company down.
