Used to be great, but new CEO is disfunctional

Years ago, Bronte RSL used to be known as "The friendly club". These days, going there is not much fun at all. The new CEO has to be one of the unfriendliest, most arrogant individual I have ever come across. His overbearing and crass conduct with staff and patrons point to a serious personality disorder. It is a mystery why the board doesn't fire him, especially considering the fact that the club has been losing money every year, to the point that the funds will run out within 24 months. Sad to see my local club going down the gurgler.
