Bad management/ownership

My friend & I bought a deal for Aztec Haircienda and they would not honour it because I've had my haircut at their Westfield store before. If you google Aztec Haircienda Tuggerah, it comes up with another shop address in the Zenith Building, 2/6 Reliance Dr, Tuggerah (as is the same address shown above!) this store has now closed down. A staff member did confirm the deal was advertised with the wrong address - not my fault. After organising a babysitters (my Mum drove over 1 hour from Sydney my friends Mum drove 2.5 hours from Wollongong) I phoned that morning to confirm the time only to be told they will not honour it. They weren't going to phone me and let me know, they were going to wait until we had arrived. The store owner put the staff in the middle, passing on messages on her behalf. We requested and were told that the owner would phone us. So far it's been one month and she still hasn't phoned us! What a ridiculous way to run a business!
