Do not use this builder!!!

Does not deserve a single star. Tread very carefully if you are foolish enough to use this builder. Will agree to a job & then change his mind halfway through & not finish the job you asked for, he then will re-quote on the unfinished portion at an inflated price. Most appalling communication, fails to return calls, never answers emails as his "computer has broken down". After a few short months, tiles popping up on kitchen floor, lights in bathroom not secured properly so they fell to the floor, toilet didn't stop flushing as cistern not installed properly, nails coming through interior wall from work done outside, door handles falling off doors....the list in this 'comedy of errors' is endless. How this person can call themselves a builder/carpenter is beyond me. Oh and also failed to take out Home Warranty insurance on our job.
