We would like to say we had a good experience with Civic Steel Homes and their whole process. We have had a lovely home designed and now built in Annerley. It was actually a down size for us but the new home is a very clever use of space on a small cottage block. We have had a house designed by an architect before and had trouble with the costs not being controlled. Civic have been able to do a home for us that is well planned (they still have an architect anyway) but kept us informed of the price the whole time. (even when i went crazy on appliances in the kitchen ) We are really amazed the experience was so good. Thank you Julie
