Aussie pepper worker
I worked at Aussie pepper, and I can say that they are the best group of people to work for! Very friendly and hospitipal.. would be more than happy to go back there. .Gaz

Exquisite!
In my search to purchase Australian grown products to support our farmer's, I came across this product. It is wonderful. Far more flavourful than imported pepper and well worth the price! I am going to buy a bigger batch and give some to my friends so they can get hooked too. I hope they start distributing to shops in Sydney!

This pepper is in a league of its own
First bought this pepper at a farmers market in Noosaville. When I ran out I couldn't find it anywhere and sadly went back to eating 'ordinary' pepper. There's a world of difference between the flavour that bursts in your mouth when crunching down on freshly cracked Silkwood pepper and anything else on the market. Thankfully I found Saltt Trading which sells it online and can once again indulge my pepper fix on a daily basis. Of course I would prefer to buy it directly from the source if that's possible? I recently started up a website which includes recipes. If the recipe has pepper in it, I can't help but extol the virtues of Silkwood pepper. Really looking forward to green peppercorn season!! Exquisite product.

Aromatic and fresh pepper
Called the farm before heading up to cairns to send off parents(in-laws) back to Japan. Heard about this wonderful pepper and wanted to send some to brother in law (chef in Japan) Received a warm welcome from owner and wife and a good run down of the only commercial pepper farm in Australia. Took a walk through the vines and enjoyed every minute of it.......even the marsh flies that are in plague proportion.Ended up buying a few kilos of this wonderfully aromatic fresh black pepper as well as some fresh green peppercorns. Thrown out the old usual dusty black pepper and now loving this pepper. Hopefully some feedback from japan comes my way and I will share it with everyone cheers

Fresh is best
I'm a pepper freak and I must agree that this is in a class of it's own. In the Townsville area it can be bought from local markets, I know "The honey man " at Willow Sunday markets carries it. Every one I know who has tried it, loves it.

Local is best
My mum in Malaysia swears by it and uses it daily. Malaysia which produces pepper is adultereated. The Silkwood farm produce is very good quality. I have posted pepper bottles to Canberra, Melbourne and also Perth. Wished the farm produces another 6000 tonnes so that Australia don't have to import

hand picked, dried in the sun....perfect flavor! If you have not tried L&L Aussie Pepper, you are in for a real treat.

Truly great product
We have been using Silkwood pepper since we first tried it, for years now. It makes regular black pepper seem like dust. I've been getting my parents who can source it in a local convenience store to send it to us. Great to know you can order it direct from the farm. This is a truly great product.

Buy direct from the farmer
Buy fresh pepper from Australia's only pepper farm. Its fresh, its flavour is unbeleiveable. A friend visited from Far North Qld last year and brought me a gift from her local area. It was a 85g bottle of pepper - cracked. I have been buying it direct from the farm ever since. I live in Brisbane and just order by phone with the farmer (there is no website). They just post it, and when you receive it, you pay them. How easy is that? They are so trusting and once you try it, you'll never eat imported 7 yr old pepper from old warehouses in India, Sth America or Asia again. Buy local Buy fresh Buy direct from the farmer.
