NEW OWNER/OPERATORS! We are invested in you! At F45 Training Sherwood, we specialise in team training that is fun, varied and gets you results. Our expert coaches provide instruction and encouragement to help you get the most our of our 45-minute HIIT workouts. Monday, Wednesday and Friday are more cardio based, Where Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday are resistance based! Saturday is our famous 60 minute session that is a hybrid workout!
