Firstly, it was overpriced! For an engraving, I had to leave the photo frame there and return the next day (no machine in store). Then, it was damaged, and they didn't give it back. They said I would have to pay the remaining cost of the engraving, which would have meant paying for NOTHING as I couldn't have given the damaged frame to the intended recipient. Came with a frame, left without a frame or engraving! Apart from that, it was a total waste of time, money and effort needing to go there twice! Horrible. Would not recommend.
