Beach Fitness Semaphore

Beach Fitness is a great gym that provides a wide variety of classes and well as personal training sessions. It aslo provides a great variety of equipment that is well maintained. The sessions offerred are effective and fun. The Co-owners David and Jarrad are qualified personal trainers and adapt the personal training sessions to meet the needs of the individual. They provide the support encouragement and guidance necessary to assist the client meet their goals. Beach fitness has helped me lose weight and improve my fitness level in a controlled and supportive atmosphere. I highly recommend Beach Fitness to all.
