What a great Venue - highly recommended.
I had my wedding at Torwood Lounge recently, and all my guests are still talking about how great the food, wine and service was. The food was fantastic and plenty of it. Each dish complemented the next and certainly filled our guests bellies. The wine has received a number of compliments. Guests also had a lot to say about the service. They were very impressed as there was a continuous supply of drinks and all guests with dietary requirements were actually looked after (and not forgotten). Fantastic! The owners were so easy to work with and definitely made our night enjoyable as it was smooth sailing from the moment we arrived! I would highly recommend Torwood Lounge to anyone thinking of getting married. Samantha

I love Torwood Lounge, I will continue to use them all the time, I think they are great at what they do, they are reasonably priced and provide great service

What a great Venue
I held my Wedding Reception at Torwood Lounge recently, and it was the best experience, more than I could have wished for. We thank you so very much for the wonderful evening we had. Everything was just lovely. It went a lot quicker than expected but I guess that's what happens when you're having a great time! Both of you (the owners) provided a fantastic night and the food was fantastic. You are both lovely people and will always be remembered and recommended!

I think your comment is quite malicious. I have had 2 functions there, both times were amazing. Service was great, food was overwhelming (and thoroughly cooked),both times no complaints from any guests.

Torwood lounge
It is with great disappointment in which I write this review, however the Torwood Lounge succeeded in ruining my engagement party and this needs to be said. These amateurs ruined every aspect of our special night. The entree's were the risotto and the spaghetti napolatana, by the time they reached the guests they were cold and far from edible, 90% of the guests didn't eat or couldn't stomach the whole amount. The mains were chicken and steak, during and after the night the comments were "the chicken isn't cooked right through" (blood was still present) and the steak was not for human consumption, unless you had iron teeth! When we asked for ice it came in nothing more than the size of a schooner glass, they don’t have ice buckets?? We supplied the scotch for every table, extra bottles were supplied for the tables which we had foreseen would require another, these bottles were not replaced when required, apparently to comply with RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) this was a surprise to us all as there was nobody in attendance who was being disorderly, aggressive, loud destructive, anti social etc and so on, however it was all well and good to sell alcohol to those tables who ran out of alcohol at $8/shot, to use the law as an excuse for your greedy monetary gain is despicable and immoral. The next day I confronted the management with all my concerns hoping for an apology and got nothing, care factor was zero i guess because all monies were paid up front, I made the mistake, I hope you can learn from it, stay right away from these deceptive, inconsiderate amateurs.
