The only part they didnt renovate in the new location was the part the old building needed the most aswell - the mens locker room. It's still 20 years old! SPA tiles falling off the walls, spa is chocked with chemicals because they cant be stuffed changing the water just breathing in the chemicals coming off the water when in the spa is enough to burn your nostrils. SAUNA 20 year old rotting stinking timber, exposed nail heads that have worked thier way out of the seats burn you when you sit on them - thats if you can get a seat, one seat has completly broken away and has not been replaced (2 months and counting) and you cant stand either because the timber matt on the floor broke about 4 months ago and has not been replaced either. SHOWERS always out of soap, always filthy, and now shower heads that wont adjust up so if you're anthing over 5ft tall you can forget it. The whole place needs a preasure clean top to bottom. It's about time the service started matching the premuim price charged here. Every member complains and everyone is ignored or dismissed with an almsot laughable excuses for why things are not fixed. Members we're eventually offered free months (2 months in some case) membership after a period of over 4 months in the last location when the sauna and spa did not work at all - they however seem to have forgoten all about this now and refuse to honour these promises at all, nor offer any other form of compensation. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED PEOPLE!
