At an agent you can get help to connect with Medicare, Centrelink and other government programs and services. There is free Wi-Fi and self service equipment you can use. You can also get your identity documents confirmed to register for Medicare and Centrelink online accounts. You can use the self service equipment during our opening hours. Staff are available to help you during the access hours.
