Outstanding Customer Service and Exceptional Diagnostic Skills. My GSXR Had a catastrophic failure (electrical) which saw it towed to a Garage in Windsor. After 1 week, I got it back running but with a major error on the screen/computer. The bike spent 3 more weeks at another garage where all the mechanics could not say for sure what the issue was. Suzuki Australia flew their head rep up from Melbourne and he was none the wiser. I was looking at over $4000 in parts as they advised to just replace everything as it would be easier (for them). I found Balmain motors on line and spent a week on and off the phone to Chris who offered advice, help and quite simply provided me the best customer service I can recall in a long time (noting, I had not even taken my bike there yet or handed any money over). I dropped my bike off and within a couple of days, Seano their Genius mechanic told me exactly what was wrong, I ordered the part, was fitted within a matter of hours and I got the bike back, not only fixed but as they performed a full check, a number of issues I was not even aware of were ironed out. The bike runs like new. Outstanding customer service from Chris - and Seano managed to fix in a few hours what 2 other garages, a batch of mechanics and Suzukis head Rep failed to do in 4 weeks. Saved me $1000s. Balmain Motors is the only place my bike is ever going again and I am quite happy to tell everyone else to do the same.
