Heart It Forward Pty Ltd was founded by Rodelyn Daguplo, a passionate advocate for inclusion and community support. With over 20 years of experience as a disability and aged care support worker, a former primary school teacher in the Philippines, and a Kinder teacher in Australia, Rodelyn’s journey has always been driven by purpose. Her experience managing a supported employment café and working as a barista ignited a deep passion for creating meaningful opportunities for NDIS participants. Hearing the quiet hopes of individuals who wanted to continue working in a supported café setting, Rodelyn followed her heart — and in March 2025, Heart It Forward was born. Located at 1377 Point Nepean Road, Rosebud, the Heart It Forward Café and Support Services opened on April 4, 2025, aligning with Autism Awareness Month. The café is more than just a place to enjoy great food — it’s a Supported Employment Café, where people of all abilities are welcomed, trained, and employed in a nurturing, inclusive environment. It’s a safe haven, a joyful space, and a community hub where kindness is served alongside coffee. Rodelyn is also an Autism mum, DV survivor, published co-author, and international beauty queen who uses her platform to support DV survivors and raise awareness for causes close to her heart. Heart It Forward Café also offers Filipino groceries, connecting cultures and sharing a taste of home with the local community.
