Awesome Dentist & Stafff

I have only a good review for this dentist and staff. One Friday morning after a night of experiencing toothache I phoned my regular dentist to see if I could get an appointment that day. There were no vacancies and unless someone cancelled it would not be until the following week. They would put me on their waiting list. I asked if they could refer me to another dentist as I seriously needed to see someone that day. I was given Dixon Road Dental's name and number. I spoke with a member of staff at Dixon Road Dental, (8.15am - 8.25am?) Explained the situation and she said she would have a better idea once the dentist arrived and that somehow they would fit me in even if it were only to give painkillers to see me through the weekend. Anyway, just after 9am I got a call back. Could I go in straight away. "No problem". The dentist (Joe Muscara) came to the conclusion after inspection, x-rays and annihilating other possible teeth, that it was more than likely a(crown/ root canal) tooth. I chose to have it removed and it was done there and then. (An abscess was beneath it). I was given a prescription for antibiotics and painkillers and a follow up phone call. Needless to say Dixon Road Dental is now my regular dentist. Their service is excellent. You are treated as a real person and not just a number to be rushed through. All the facts are laid out for you (what your options are) The choice is yours. So again a big thank you to Joe Muscara and the staff at Dixon Road Dental. :-) Joanne (Jo) Daley
