Customer Service - Excellent
Just had my hair cut today at Rockdale Plaza and have done for 12+ years. Mary has been cutting my hair for so long I can't remember the number of years. The care and attention to detail and a smile on her face is always outstanding. I have recommended her to many people. Just Cuts is very lucky to have her. I cannot fault the other staff who are always happy to help you.

Worst
Worst one ever.... I went there for hair cut of my daughter got booking done and was told to be back in 15 mins... went there after 15 mins and the staff kept taking other persons who were much later booked after my daughter.... Reasoning it would be impolite to other customers if they are together, can't understand what's that logic ?..... I would ask if that's the case why do they have booking system at all..... Got that appointment cancelled and would never ever visit them......
