Like the mythical phoenix that rose from the flames, you too can reinvent your health and rejuvenate your body with a month of unlimited yoga at Phoenix Yoga Studios. Our passionate and expert team will help the aches, pains, stress and tension melt away as you train your mind and body with the ancient teachings of yoga, all in the surrounds of the both modern and relaxing studio. We are offering a number of styles of yoga with over 20 classes each week including Power, Ashtanga, Yin and Qigong. The offering expands further with our Wellness Services including Ayurvedic Massage, Ayurvedic Nutrition and Shiatsu, and the energetic healing and Reiki and Bach Flower Therapy to complement your practice. Our facilities consist of two practice rooms, male and female change rooms, relaxing lounge and treatment room.
