BEST SALON INNER CITY
As per usual an absoulute delightful experence yet again. This is now our 3rd treatment we have had at this maggical heaven. First we begin with a relaxing chill out siping raseberry tea & coconut waters, on the undercover outdoor tropical garden. Then we enter the begining to a tranquil hot choclate fire mask body wrap. Cocooned in a heated think cushion of blankets. Giving u the feeling of floating cloud nine. Followed by the most thick lubracating facial & neck mask This treatment is a wonderful hydrating wrap for the body & we find this treament to be highy relaxing & leaves our skin highy hydrated and purrifed. Thank you team for yet again another really great experence . I cant wait to come in next month

Bad service
Bad experience here, girls are quite rude, poor customer service. Perhaps a bad day? If you choose to be in a cusomer service role, at least fake that you are enjoying what you do.....

O 'M'G
This is the best salon in Richmond, beautiful setup & fantastic girls working there. Love the ambience & all the little touchs . Fresh flowers beautiful sweet smelling oils burning in the air. It is the besy setup , as I say every visit " if I could live here I would" Amazing & i highy recommend this salon. The attention to detail is something so unique, that once you visit this slice of bali, You will know why this salon has such a marvelous reputation.

BEST SALON IN MELBOURNE, REALLY VICTORIA
AMAZING- BREATHTAKING! As we entered the salon we were blown away. The smell is wonderful pure essential oils burning in every corner. The treatments are amazing we all had a Body wraps with honey & lavender , followed by an Unbelievable Microdermabrasion Photo Rejvenation Oxygen Infusion Facial treatment. Total time 3'5 hrs. O.M.G. This salon deserves an award! Also Check out the amount they have donated also, Welldone to the proprietor of this business, More people should say thanks to businesses like this. Thanks again & see you all in 6 weeks.

BEST SALON IN MELBOURNE ( WELL VICTORIA )
Had many beauty treatments and seen many in my work as a reporter . There are many beauty salons with thousands of dollars behind some wonderful surrounding but the feel this salon gives in a unique and breathtaking experence like no other. As the salon is set in a Heritage old worldy conOrverted apartment, the feel on arrival walking up the stairs is an experence in its self. The aroma of the fresh flowers,Or the super large oil burner just leave ur senses still smelling well after u leave the salon. I experenenced the Royale of all treatments. A crazy outer body experence stating with a selection of fresh seasonal fruit. Fresh coconut water , Rose Water or a wide range of T2 fruit and nougart teas. While lying back having a foot sook on the central balcony. Then I floated into a very rare treatment called a Vibrosaun- a machine that stimulate excess fluid and the lymphatic system. " I feelt amazing" like I was floating on a pillow, the vibrating plats run up and down the body leaving u having an invigerating tingleing fantastic body. Following I wofted into a huge if not the bigest facial room ive ever seen. Nomally ur squashed like a sardine in a tiny pathetic cubicle, but here they are the size of doublebedrooms. The decor is very balinese expired relaxing atmoshere. I had a Deluxe Facial with a photo rejvenenation treatment incorrperated. Following with a Collagen tighting eye treatment, A foot and hand exfolliation and massgage massage massage. This treatment duration took 2'5 hours . Cost $ 290.00. All in all I have been a Repoter for over 10 years and visited many many,many Salon Enviorments , this would have to be the best quality highest standed Salon I have visted and the best beauty experence I have had in many years. Lastly a huge huge Thank you to Management , The Staff and the Dedicated Business Owner Nellie Sparke. Whom wonders around insuring that the clients and staff are happy and comfortable . I was blown away recently and believe that these people are very special individuals that work so hard, requiring very little reward . If we had more Owners puting the attention to detail as this place has. If If If More business owner operater cared about the customer service and attention to detail more business like this will survive well into the future, as been running very sucessfully for the last 10 years and I no this place will be here well into the future. LIFE SAVER CHAPEL ST SALON SUCKS
Went to chapel st bache and doors closed. No explaining why the salon is closed and has been for days. Good old trustworthy ella bache richmond came to my aid. Hope The company realise what a fabulous job they are doing and what great girls are working their. Ella bache Richmond are by far the best salon in Melbourne. Thank you so much girls for such a pleasent time and for geting me in.

Outsanding salon. Exellent service and extremely friendly therapists. Highly reccommend this salon, the best salon i have ever been to. I have been to many salons in my life , but this is beyond beautiful. The attention to details and custumer service is the best I have ever experenced. The young owner showed such devotion and loyality to the Ella Bache brand . Het knowledge and selection of sevices makes it a delightful place to spend many a more hours to come. Weldone girls and fabulous to know there are still places like this that exist.

The best salon round
How beautiful is the salon. I had the best facial treatment and body treatment. With so many to choose from its hard to find such a customer based salon. Great staff , great services and unbelieible service. Well done Nellie for such fantastic salon
