Disappointed

I judge a tradie by his attention to detail. The end result for us, was very sloppy: * missing parts; * locks not screwed in and hanging loose in gate; * posts not set (due to poor mixing of concrete); * doesn't write anything down when discussing plans and hence, asks the same question multiple times (and still doesn't get it right and has to replace parts - delays!) * when asked to correct something, insinuates you've sabotaged his work; * promises to do things during meetings but when finds it too hard to do, suggests doing it yourself; Regret paying in full, having had to fix up work ourselves. Just sloppy and slack. Avoid.
