BAD SERVICE, Faulty goods

These Guys are bad news... I have repeatedly rung them to fix the washing machine and fridge that I bought from them, they have sent a mechanic once to rectify the electrical short that was happening in the freezer compartment, basically the wire was burnt out and kept on shorting the house out. I am still waiting after 6 months to have them replace the fridge door seals (at the bottom of the door, out of sight from our initial pre purchase inspection) that are ripped and broken. The washing machine is a dodgy piece of work, the centre agitator kept on coming loose, so the mechanic came out after 3 phone calls to tighten a bolt. then the washing machine would not stop filling during its emptying cycle, gods knows how many litres of water have been wasted !. now the washing machine has stopped spinning at all and the other day it knocked out the power to our house and filled the laundry with smoke. I have called this business 10 times or more to have the problems fixed, there is always some dodgy story from the owner "Kevin" about why the mechanic can not make it to fix the problems....
