Very disappointing

This is the second time I have had the same chain repaired at this store. The first time it was done while I waited - which was good. This time I was surprised to find it would take 2 weeks for a simple repair. When it came back it wasn't at all what I had asked for and they had soldered the pendant to the chain which I did not ask to be done and did not want done, and I am very disappointed. Not only that they tried to hand me someone else's ring as well. I had to point out to them that only the chain was mine. I am very disappointed, I need to trust that a jeweller is competent. I am definitely never going to leave anything of value with them as I would be afraid they would give it to someone else or make unwanted changes again.
