Hunter & Barrel is one of the latest and most exciting restaurants in the new heart of Parramatta’s CBD. Our George Street restaurant location opened in June 2023 and is ideally positioned with direct ferry access and key attractions bordering the precinct. The new Meriton suites complex on George St, Parramatta brings together the best of dining and living. The new home of Hunter & Barrel, offering a unique dining experience – the Hunter’s way. Modern in design, but inspired by the raw elements of nature, our freshly opened venue oozes sophistication and welcomes you in with the sounds of a crackling fire and the smells of mouth-watering, sizzling fare. Come in to enjoy our lunch menu from $34pp Monday to Friday 12-4pm or feast on our group dining set menus. Discover our newest addition: the wood-fired ocean trout skewer, a seasonal delight that embodies our ethos of sharing good, simple food inspired by ancient traditions.
