We regret having anything to do with Kauley Homes!

Pros: Very little Cons: Kauley Homes customer communication skills were appalling. They displayed poor quality in their workmanship, and denied responsibilty when issues arose. Overall: We regret having anything to do with Kauley Homes! We found their workmanship to be of a poor standard. Some examples include: * The ceiling gyprock has joins and defects that are highly visible. * The painter left wood varnish splashes everywhere, especially over the tiles and grout in the bathroom. * A section of the roof in the garage was missing, and when they later put it in they left without painting it. A while after we moved into the house we dug up the front yard to work out why the grass was not growing. We found at least three trailer loads of gravel, road base, broken bricks and roof tiles that had been left on site and simply covered over with dirt. Very poor and lazy on Kauley Homes part. We found their communication skills to be extremely poor. They didn't return phone calls or keep us up to date. For example, we asked to be notified when they were pouring the concrete slab as we wanted to be there. They could not even manage to make one phone call, and we missed seeing our slab poured. We were very disappointed. It was not a pleasant experience dealing with this company. I would never recommend Kauley Homes to anybody.
