Looking at this venue I feel ALRU AND KINGSFORD ESTATE IS BETTER VALUE and private.

Ms
Hated having to use someone else's driveway to enter property. Its just a large verandah at back of owners house. Gardens pleasant. I want my day to be intimate not with neighbors looking in.
