A hack job!
I went in for a cut and colour on a group buying coupon, and the main hairdresser was on the phone the whole time she hacked at my hair. The foils were placed so far from my roots that they made no difference. The way she blindly hacked my hair--no wonder she didn't give me a mirror to look at the back of my head before I left :(
