We provide functional 45 minute HIIT training sessions in a controlled group environment, delivered by experienced personal trainers. We are located in North Sydney and we have clients coming from Waverton, Neutral Bay, Wollstonecraft, Crow's nest, and Cremorne. Our weekly schedule is set up so you can train every day as what you do today, won’t hurt what you do tomorrow. We run an 8 week challenge which has daily meal plans, weekly blogs and videos. We give a 1-on-1 experience within a fun group environment, at a fraction of the cost of a personal trainer, that delivers fat loss like you have never seen.
