They did my wedding, I had to contact them via email and phone as I am in Brisbane and I did not find their communication very good. Also I had no idea what anything was for when a family member dropped it off to me the morning of the wedding. Nothing was labeled. Which was made worse when there was a bunch of flowers in a basket I had not asked for. Later finding out they were for someone elses wedding for the day after mine!!! And they wanted ME to return them! This also eventuated to my wedding cake having no flowers as we didnt know what was what and forgot the cake needed flowers. But the cake would have never had flowers anyway because the ones they provided were terrible, not what I asked for and would make my cake look ugly and so I had a ver plain looking wedding cake thanks to Darling buds. Good thing it was a nice cake. Just a pity it was all white making it look plain and unfinished.The table flowers were horrible. I wanted simple and not too expensive but the money I paid for them I still expected a nice bunch of flowers on my table. They look like they were weeds cut out of someones garden. The only good thing I have to say about them is that they were cheap but still cost a substantial amount as you could imagine wedding flowers would cost. And that my bouquet and my brides maids bouquet were pretty. THANK GOD. Or it would have upset me very very much on my wedding day and in the future when I looked back on my wedding day. I do not recommend you use them for your wedding. I was not happy with their service or quality of product.
