I had the terrible idea of enrolling my son at Pippies at Balmoral. He had the worst time there, and when he was crying none of the careers seemed to give him any attention at all ! On the contrary, they would threaten to punish him if he didn't stopped crying !!! The owner tries to play director, but she is never at the centre, and never takes responsability for the problems parents encounter at the centre. I don't recommend Pippies to any parents at all !
