We took our daughter and nephews for a fun shopping experience at the Moonee Ponds centre. What a dissappointment. The staff were rude and dissmissive of the fact that we spent $500 there. Customers are clearly a distraction to the staff. Try elsewhere.

Potential but not so fun
We went to the docklands Lego centre for funday sunday. For a supposedly fun place there are a lot of rigid rules and no smiles or great attitude on any staff. One of those places where things are just too much trouble and designed to make it easy on the the staff rather than the customers. What a great potential and opportunity this is, but totally wasted. Not surprising Sunday fun day was quiet as. We were hoping for our 7th birthday party there. We love star wars and ninjago but no we cant have a party themed with either of these. Why wouldn't you create party themes that matched popular Lego products?? And no food allowed even though they have a great set up with two separate rooms one used for the party - the other just left idle 'for education sessions' which are obviously not on when there is a party so hard to see why that's not possible. And surely you'd get some kind of partnership with a nearby cafe or catering company so kids can have a proper party in the park or nearby? And please get some staff that are fun and pleasant to deal with.
