Right at Home provides quality home care and support for seniors, or adults with post-operative care needs to help them live independently and safely at home. Our range of support at home services include independence, everyday living and clinical services. These cover skilled nursing, wound and continence management, personal care, cleaning, light gardening, respite, allied health, care management, palliative care, restorative care and live-in care. We also co-ordinate assistive technology and home modifications. Our services are available 24-hours per day, 7 days a week. We provide support at home via government funding as an approved provider, or we can provide private care for those who are not eligible for government funding or need immediate care. Our home care and support services are supervised and delivered locally by passionate, professional, Right at Home business owners in metro and regional cities across Australia. We have offices in Queensland, NSW, WA, Victoria, ACT and South Australia. Under the new person centred aged care system, and Consumer Directed Care rules for government funded home care packages, you can change your government provider if you are unhappy with the service, and select a company like Right at Home.
