Col Gowers and his team were courteous with every contact, and were great especially since we were living in Sydney during the selection process. We really enjoyed moving into our Col Gowers Home as it turned out exactly like he said it would. We felt we could really trust the team to build what we wanted.

Back for seconds.
When I built my first Col Gowers Home I was impressed by the quality and value for money. I lived there for over 10 years before deciding to build again. My second Col Gowers Home was even better. Still the same quality, workmanship & service I experienced years ago but with a new house now more suited to my current needs. Thanks Col.

Having looked around for some time without success and hearing of “Col Gowers” warmth, respect & quality of homes we felt Col was our man. From the first meeting it was professional, but still a warm, relaxed family atmosphere. Great experience.
Well we have been in our new home now for a year and a half and we’re still in awe of how great it all turned out. We love it! Finding Col Gowers Homes was an incredible bit of luck and good fortune in our home building experience. We met with several builders before Col Gowers Homes and we knew immediately we’d found the people to build our home. Through the entire process Col and his professional experienced team of craftsmen listened to our needs and plans, and then worked diligently to find ways to make those ideas become reality. As well Col used his 35 years of building experience to offer alternatives to make our plans and our home even better. You often hear ‘horror’ stories of people building a house. However we could not have asked for a better experience! We will always appreciate the hard work, dedication, effort, flexibility vision, craftsmanship and care Col Gowers Homes put into making our house a beautiful home.

Beautiful quality home.
After building with Col Gowers we now have a home ideally suited to our needs as a family. All the staff are very easy to talk to and put us at our ease every step of the way. Coming from England, where there is little variety in layout offered with new houses it was very exciting to see all the possibilities of layout and design that was offered within our price range. Our house, its fixtures and fittings are all to a very high standard. It is a real pleasure to spend time here. A big thank you to all the team at Col Gowers Homes!
