We first meet client either at home or a cafe what ever suits them, usually before we meet we would of had a phone discussion and talk about our company and what they are after. And when we meet we have a long chat if there ready to continue with us we sign service agreements. get to know the client so we have the right information to fill in there paper work example care plan, risks etc. so we have a good understanding and the support worker that will be attending would be knowledge in the client. Once paper work is done we start our services.
