Puneeta has been involved in the world of Yoga since the age of 10, when she was first introduced to it by her mother. Her international experience eventually brought her to Melbourne, where she opened Yoga In Mount Waverley with one core principle in mind: that it should be open to people from all walks of life, no matter their age, fitness level, or experience. ​We keep class sizes small to maximise attention, which helps accelerate each student's technique and progression. Focusing on two of Yoga's most distinct styles - Hatha and Vinyasa - her teaching method emphasises correct technique and the mastery of each pose. With over 20 years' experience, Puneeta has taught a wide range of students whom, with regular class attendance, have gone on to master the most difficult poses known in Yoga.
