Lighthouse Recruitment was established in 2002 by Kingsley House. Who with 15 years recruitment experience and an accounting background initially focused Lighthouse on the recruitment of accounting and IT staff. However Kingsley’s background in, and passion for the automotive industry saw him switch the focus in 2010 to recruiting solely in the automotive area.Joined in 2012 by Cameron Creswell Lighthouse Recruitment now provide recruitment services specifically to the retail automotive industry across Queensland, Northern New South Wales and the Northern Territory. Through the use of technology Lighthouse has been able to effectively deliver our services into Darwin, Melbourne and far North Queensland. We do not see distances as any barrier to the delivery of our service. With plans to expand our service Lighthouse Recruitment is always interested in talking to any individuals with experience in the auto industry who would be interested in a recruitment career.
