Avoid this company at all costs
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ANYONE, EVER! The absolute worst customer service I have come across in a company, cannot clean carpets to save their lives, better off doing them yourself with supermarket purchased products. Patrick is also the rudest person I have come across and after paying $713 (originally priced at $665 the extra requested from him due to our "highly dirty carpets" which we paid for with no dramas) for house cleaning, carpet cleaning and pest spray with the PROMISE if the real estate weren't happy he would return free of charge he turned around and told me they will now not return, wasn't open to discussion at all. Very unprofessional and rude. I personally will be taking the matter much, much further. Avoid at ALL costs!
