Having used Ian Mcrae I wouldn't recommend him to anyone - he doesnt turn up on time (not even on the same day), never calls to say that he isnt turning up and not once did he keep the numerous appointments he made with me - his workmanship and advice were OK but his reliability is appalling - I would never use him again or recommend him to anyone else - worst, most unreliable Newcastle tradesman I have had in the 3 years of owner building
