Designer Image Wardrobe

I made an appointment for a consultant to come to my home to look at the 3 bedrooms to give me a quote to have them fitted with wardrobes. My appointment was at 1pm. I get a call at 12.50pm from the sales man to say that his car needed to go to the garage to have new tyres put on it and he would be able to come today as the rest of his day was crazy busy. He then asked if i could re schedule for Monday ... I asked him why he had left it till 12.45pm to let me know about this and he just said he was crazy busy. Well i for one will not use this company now or in the future, if they can not even be bothered to show for the fist appointment god only knows what the rest of the work is like. Really unprofessional ...
