Description
The centre opened in 2005 and comprises a large space that can cater for up to 100 people (theatre style) and a smaller room, maximum capacity 50 (theatre style) ideal for group meetings and seminars. There is also a "Gallery" space ideal for use as a break-out area. A class for meditation beginners. Meditation can help eliminate negative thoughts and reduce the symptoms of stress and anxiety. Come along and learn the basics.
