Deceptive behaviour and poor treatment. We have recently left our cat at this lodge. When we returned from holidays our pet had been moved to a dark, dingy secrtion of the compound. When we questioned why we had paid the higher amount for an external pen and then only recieved ' cupboard accommodation' , we were greeted with an aggressive response that we should've kept our original holiday plans. Extra charges were also incurred without our knowledge or approval. These people should realise that they are dealing with children's pets and if they wanted more money...they should just ask for it. There is no need to be deceptive and cruel. We will never use this business again!
