Nomac Built was founded by Tom and Zak - two Hobart builders with over a decade of experience each. After years working for other companies, we saw a gap in the market: clients were often left in the dark, plans lacked detail, and quality was hit-and-miss. So, we set out to build a company where clarity, communication, and craftsmanship come standard. Whether it’s a small renovation or a full new build, we take pride in doing things properly - and earning the trust of every client we work with.
