By far this is the worst company I have had to deal with in a long time. From the time we paid our deposit it took 6 months to get our windows. Cled was 4 hours late on the day of delivery. As he was by himself he could not unload the windows. Our builder had to withdraw people from other jobs to the rescue. Cled also made a mistake with his calculations so we had to get the slab cut a second time at our own expense. I CANNOT recommend fairoak at all. It was all excuses, delays and lack of confidence leading to mistakes in calculations.
