Rip-off

I got for a 90 min massage/ facial package voucher from my brother for Christmas and when I arrived for my booking they had lost it so I wasted a half day off work. Then when I finally did get to have my package they only gave me 60 mins (40 mins massage and 20 mins facial) - started late, faffed around in the middle and finished early. I complained and they told me 'oh it probably just felt like 60 minutes because you were so relaxed'. I said 'no, there was a clock in the room' but they wouldn't budge. Not that I would have paid to go there myself anyway, but never again and certainly wouldn't recommend it to anyone else either. (By the way the botoxed women walking around are really scary too).
