Purchased a jacket for $120 less than 3 months ago for my son to wear for special. He loved the look of it and wore it about 10 times. Problem, the stitching on the pocket and both shoulder came apart. I took the jacket back to the Traralgon store only to be told that it was my teenage son's fault. He has never had a jacket before where the shoulder stitching has come apart. I have three other teenage boys with jackets and their stitching does not come apart. Anyway the long and the short of it is that the sales manager politely told me is was not company policy to replace clothes after that amount of time (they still had the same jackets in stock reduced to $99) and that they did not replace clothing where the stitching came apart. Since I could not talk to the person in charge of Company Policy that was the end of the negotiations. I left the shop very dissatified, as I was sure that the jacket would be replaced. I was going to ring up head office but my husband said , " Learn from it, just don't go there again, there are so many retail shops to choose from." I was very disappointed for my son, as he loved his jacket, and it was expensive for a teenage boy to buy, but I guess I would just come up against iinvisible Company Policy again, and where do you go from there. I like the style of the clothes and had bought quite a few things there in the last year, (now the boys are adult size), but with this level of after sale service will not shop at Casual Guy again. That is all I feel I can do other than comment here.
