Vitality is a centre facilitating empowered wellbeing. We are health professionals who believe that the journey to optimal health and wellbeing can be an exciting adventure undertaken with a sense of teamwork. We feel that the healing process encompasses all aspects of self, inclusive of mind, body and spirit. We see each individual as unique and are passionate about exploring new and innovative ways of healing whilst drawing on a wealth of existing knowledge and experience. Vitality Health Centre is located in Tuggeranong ACT and open Mondays to Saturdays.
