excellent trainers, with tailored programs to achieve the results you want. Great atmosphere, all the equipment is top of the line and well maintained. the initial assessment was by far the most comprehensive I have undergone focusing not just on existing strength but also sleep patterns, diet, flexibility, aerobic and anaerobic fitness. Just a really well organised, focused business.
